As a Physiotherapist and triathlete, Sarah is passionate about living and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle. She completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at McGill University after graduating from Queen’s University with a Master’s in Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences. Throughout her education, she completed practicums in a variety of healthcare settings, including a hospital in Halifax treating stroke survivors, an NGO in rural India providing rehabilitation to people with spinal cord injuries and an out-patient clinic in Montreal treating musculoskeletal conditions. Through these experiences, Sarah has learnt that she enjoys treating all types of injuries and working with people in all walks of life. She believes in an active approach to recovery and empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their illness or injury.
When she’s not in the clinic, Sarah is off exploring the outdoors in any way she can. Some of her loves include: trail running, swimming, biking, rock climbing and kayaking.
