Catharine brings 25 years of experience in private practice, treating a wide variety of individuals. She currently incorporates Medical Therapeutic Yoga and Integrative Lifestyle Medicine into her physical therapy treatment approach as she pursues these certifications.
Catharine empowers her patients to understand both the nature of their injuries as well as their vital role in achieving their own optimal health and function. She has a keen interest in helping patients recover from neck, back, hip and SI joint pain. As a mom of three, Catharine has a particular interest in helping women recover from the physical demands of motherhood. To her, success is helping patients return to the activities most important to them with energy to spare.
Maintaining an active life with three teens at home, Catharine understands how challenging it is to be sidelined by injury. She enjoys hiking, cycling, yoga and has a history of competitive dance. She and her husband are happiest when they are in the mountains together as a family.
